Behind the Wheel Training
AllGood Driving School and Zertuche's Mother Lode Driving School currently
offer behind the wheel driver training in Tuolumne County, Calaveras County,
Sacramento County, San Joaquin, and parts of El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, and
Solano Counties
During our driver training lessons, we offer free pick up and return to most homes within our service areas, and
we have friendly, knowledgeable instructors who drive nice, late model vehicles. Our instructors are familiar with
DMV requirements for the drive test, and will help all students learn what they need to know to pass.

Driver Training pre-enrollment certificates, and completion of Driver Education, are required by the DMV for
people under the age of 18 to receive a permit. We offer pre-enrollment certificates free of charge, and usually
mail them out the following business day after registration.

People under the age of 18 are required to take a total of 6 hours of driving lessons with a driving school. We
break the 6 hours up into three, two hour lessons. Students may not begin practicing with their parents until they
have completed their first lesson with the driving school. Students may schedule their lessons out however they
would like, but we generally recommend they spread them out, taking the first lesson as soon as they pass their
permit test, and the last lesson within 2 weeks of the driving test so we can review for the test. You may schedule
all three lessons at the first phone call, or you may call us when you are ready to schedule each lesson. We offer
appointments during school hours, after school, in the evenings, and during weekends to meet the busy schedules
of our students.

We charge $100 per two hour lesson for teens, and $110 per two hour lesson for adults. For a $10 savings, you
may purchase a 6 hour package. For an additional charge, students may leave the logistics of the driving test up
to us. We will schedule the appointment with the DMV, bring the student to their appointment, and allow the
student to use our vehicle for the test.

Students must ALWAYS have their permits with them when attending a lesson, and payments should be in the
form of a check or money order. Our drivers do not accept cash.
